I Personal Data Controller

  1. The Controller of personal data is Develtio sp. z o.o. with the registered office in Warsaw, ul. Koncertowa 3/5, suite 54, 02-787 Warsaw

  2. The Controller applied technical and organisational measures to ensure the protection of the processed data in accordance with the requirements set out in the applicable legislation on personal data protection. In particular, the following have been taken into account: the Regulation of the Minister of Internal Affairs and Administration of 29 April 2004 on the documentation of personal data processing and technical and organisational conditions to be met by devices and IT systems used for personal data processing (Journal of Laws [Dz. U.] No. 100, item 1024); the guidelines of the Inspector General for the Protection of Personal Data; the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons in relation to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC.

II Personal data, grounds and purpose of their processing, retention period

  1. The Controller collects personal data submitted via the contact form available on the Controller’s website (the Customer’s name, e-mail address and telephone number).
  2. Personal data is processed by the Controller in accordance with applicable laws, including Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation, hereinafter “GDPR”), for the following purposes:
    1. Preparing a commercial offer and contacting the customer regarding the commercial offer preparation
    2. Sending commercial and marketing information
  3. Customers’ personal data is processed only for the above-mentioned purposes of conducting marketing activities with the use of electronic communication means (e-mail address), on the basis of consent granted by the Customer (Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR).
  4. The Customers’ personal data is processed from the moment of obtaining the above-mentioned consent until its withdrawal/request for deletion/discontinuation of processing lodged by the data subject, and after its withdrawal – only for the purpose of demonstrating compliance with the legal obligations imposed on the Controller and the related claims (up to a maximum of 6 years from the moment of withdrawing the consent).
  5. The Customer’s personal data may be transferred to entities authorised to receive such data under applicable laws, including competent judicial authorities. The Customer’s personal data may also be transferred, to the extent necessary, to entities performing activities on behalf of the Data Subject concerning the services provided under the Agreement. Personal data may be transferred outside the EEA and made available to international organisations.
  6. Data is transferred outside the European Union, however, only to entities which guarantee an appropriate level of protection of your rights, security of your data and the legality of such an operation.

III Rights of Personal Data Subjects

  1. The Customer has the right to access their personal data, rectify and erase them, request restriction of their processing, the right to data portability, the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal. Consent may be withdrawn by sending an e-mail to info@develtio.com from the address to which the consent relates. Please send all correspondence relating to your personal data to the same address.
  2. The Customer may at any time, with immediate effect, resign from receiving the newsletter by informing the Service Provider thereof via an e-mail message sent to info@develtio.com or by clicking on the unsubscribe link included in the content of each newsletter.
  3. Complaints related to the newsletter delivery service provided by the Controller may be filed in writing at the Service Provider’s address or electronically via e-mail to: info@develtio.com. It is recommended that the Service Recipient provide in the description of the complaint: circumstances concerning the subject of the complaint, in particular the type and date of occurrence of the inaccuracy and contact details.
  4. The Service Provider shall consider complaints immediately, no later than within 14 days from the date of its submission. If the complaint cannot be investigated within this period, the Service Provider notifies the claimant of the reasons for the delay as well as the expected necessary time for investigating the complaint.
  5. The Customer has the right to lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Office in the event that the processing of personal data concerning the Customer violates the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation of 27 April 2016.

IV Data that is automatically collected when you visit www.greenparrot.pl and profiling.

  1. The website uses cookies, i.e. text files saved on the User’s computer, which identify the User in a way necessary to enable certain operations. Cookies are used to collect statistics on how users use websites, which allows improving their structure and content.
  2. In many cases, the software used to browse the Website (Internet browser) allows the storage of cookies on the User’s end device by default. Website Users can change their cookie settings at any time. These settings can be changed in particular in such a way as to block the automatic handling of cookies in the web browser settings or inform on their placement on the User’s device each time. Communication via Chat – the consent relates to the processing of cookies and your personal data by the Trusted Partners for the purpose of communicating with you via Chat, telephone and e-mail. Based on your consent, we will allow you to use the aforementioned communication channels and will transfer your data to the Trusted Partners solely for the purpose of processing your request.
    3. Statistics cookies – statistical and analytical cookies allow us to understand the behaviour of visitors to our site by collecting anonymous data and reporting it.

V Amendment to Privacy Policy

  1. The Controller reserves the right to amend the Privacy Policy if it is required by the applicable law, or if the technological conditions of the www.reveltio.com website operation change.
